Taylor Bowen is a licensed real estate associate broker who has spent more than a decade assessing and listing valuable commercial property on behalf of landlords, property owners, and sellers in Hagerstown, Maryland. Taylor recognizes the critical value of commercial properties in the overall health of a community, and he has seen first-hand the cascading benefits of successful commercial transactions.

Whether listing and filling a shopping center whose better days seem to be behind it or filling office spaces in a brand new development, Taylor applies his knowledge and negotiation skills to fill every vacancy.
